SDL_Delay causes nothing to be drawn

after kagi searching for the issue, I found the solution here:

the problem is the SDL_Delay(3000)

This does not work on windows 10

I tried to clone this project and run cmake on it and got some errors.

The C compiler identification is MSVC 19.16.27027.1
