No Install Options for Install Type

When I go to install Ubuntu I don't get an option for erased drive, duel boot or something else, it just goes to the partitioning screen. Did you experience this issue? If so what did you do ?

ideapad 710s ahci/raid

Hi,
Is it possible to choose RAID mode and to boot Windows after BIOS upgrade? On Lenovo forum Kunter wrote that after BIOS upgrade you have to switch to AHCI. Lenovo states what follows:
"This BIOS creates an AHCI SATA Controller Mode selection to allow for the installation of the Linux operating system.
This BIOS is NOT intended for use with machines running a Windows operation system.
No official support is provided for this BIOS. The user assumes the risk of any performance degradation associated with the use of this BIOS."
I was wondering if there's any possibility of rolling back or upgrading to the main branch BIOS, as the upgrading tool is available as .exe file or if there'e possibility of going back to Windows, for example for reselling purposes.
Greetings,
Sebastian

touchpad weirdness

I'm trying to use the AlpsPS/2 ALPS GlidePoint touchpad of Ideapad 710S with libinput instead of synaptics but it doesn't behave correctly. LibInput seems to not detect the touchpad surface aspect-ratio, so while horizontal movements are ok the vertical ones are really short and slow.
Touchpad physical size is about 100x70mm but "libinput-list-devices" reports this:
Size: 102.38x28.83mm

Investigating the problem I found that there are some quirks to adjust the size but seems not working:
/usr/lib/udev/hwdb.d/90-libinput-model-quirks.hwdb

libinput:name:*AlpsPS/2 ALPS GlidePoint:fwversion:800
 LIBINPUT_ATTR_SIZE_HINT=100x55

any clue how to fix this?
