Export output of sequencer to file

It would be really cool if people could press a button to download their beautiful creations yeah?

Make record priorities more clear

if record is toggled on it should be totally live so when the sequencer is stopped nothing happens.

• Only input if sequencer is playing (no stopping on current beat)
• Start sequencer on click of record (for clarity that they're tied together)
• Deselect all "beats" so it doesn't input into two pads
• Don't allow "beats" selection while recording mode is on

(p.s. totally a separate issue but throw a percentage sign on that volume input while you're at it)
