Description

On this project, I gave user's a feedback form to fill out.

This app is made to allow users to fill out a feedback form and save it to a database.

Three Day Weekend.

Usage

1. Rate your feeling then select next.
2. Rate your understanding then select next.
3. Rate your support level then select next.
4. Fill out the comment field if you would like not required, and select next.
5. You will then be directed to a review of the entire feedback form and you can submit that to the database.

Axios, React, Express, Node, NPM, JavaScript, SQL, and AJAX.
