Experiment: try the Plastic builder

Hi! I'm flattered you decided to augment my theme. Would you like to try an experiment?

I made a way of quickly tweaking Plastic, it's described here: https://github.com/will-stone/plastic#development If you fork Plastic you can leave the updating to me 😄 When VSCode adds something new to theme, I'll add it to Plastic's config. Then you simply pull from upstream and rerun the builder. My plan is to feature any themes created this way on Plastic's website and README (and call them Plastic Forks - if you find that name amusing then you're my type of person!). If you fancy giving it a go, please let me know. There'll be some rules for feature qualification but we can go over that if you plan to use it. The main rules you need to know for now are:

• The repo must be a fork.
• The name must start with "Plastic". "Plastic Darkness" sounds cool 😎
