Suggestion - add your image file to your python file

You can embed your RSA.png file inside of your main program. This will make it easier to distribute your program since only 1 files, the python source file, is needed. The result looks the same:

You can even use it as the icon for your program too by setting the icon parameter when you make your Window. The result is this icon appearing on the taskbar when the program is run.

I encoded your file using the PySimpleGUI Demo Program that encodes image files into Base64 strings and then added it to the end of your program, just before calling main

Your layout's Image element is changed to this:
