Usage :

  App::import('Component', 'Phpthumb.Phpthumb');
  $Thumbnail = new PhpthumbComponent;
  $data = $this->PhpThumb->create('crop', '50x100');
  $cache = '/path/to/save/as/cache/image/file/filename.ext';
  $fp = fopen($cache, 'w');
  fwrite($fp, $data);
