For MCL Developers

0. A PowerPC/Mac seems required for full rebuild of MCL source code
1. It's recommended that all new changes were done in form of patches;
2. All patches should be put in the "rmcl/Patches" directory with meaningful filenames.
3. Before sending PRs, execute pre-checkin.sh.
