Scalability

Hey there, this looks really exciting. Does this module scale up to arbitrarily large directories using native streaming system calls in the same way https://github.com/kemitchell/native-readdir.js. Or does it need to list out all the files first before it begins? I have a folder with ten million files that i'm trying to work with!

move to `ctor` variant, remove the other

• update tests
• update docs
• @api public for .pipe method
• expose instance
• expose CreateReaddirStream ctor
• rename .readdir method to .createReaddirStream, seems and sounds more precise - just .readdir is more like callbacks/promises style. And because initial idea for this name is to looks like fs.createReadStream

Cross Platform

Does this have any limitations in terms of portability, should support be expected for Mac+Linux+Windows?
