Configuration options for roles

Look at adding options to prevent bots taking roles outside of the default rifleman or whichever is the default role for a map.

At the very least add option to prevent bots taking commander.

bots can remove level requirements

Bots can remove level requirements for players, example a bot in the commander role will allow a level 1 player to take the role.

A fix may be to role kick anyone if you cannot grey it out if their level is below the normal 25, maybe with a configuration option to enforce level requirement.

Squads with bot leaders

If a squad has a bot as squad leader and a player joins the bot should promote the player to squad leader.

commander marker is hidden to radio role with bots

When bots are active the radio role cannot find the commander as the commanders marker is hidden, this works without the mutator active.

Radio role cannot spawn on commander with bots

When bots are active anyone in the Radioman role cannot spawn on the team leader/commander.
