Add pre-made benchmark to allow students to test their algorithms

I think that it would be useful to have a benchmarking suite already developed to allow students to learn how benchmarking in Ruby works. This would be similar to how we were introduced to minitest through the Mythical Creatures exercises. This would also have the added benefit of giving students immediate feedback on whether or not their algorithm was working correctly.
