Get out the small topics from the "Advanced Ruby" repo

@jcasimir Would you elaborate on this one a bit? Is this a simple extraction or a more involved operation?

One time I was about to teach a two-day class on TDD for a client. The night before the training, they were like "Hey, yeah, so, ummm, instead of that we'd like to learn about this ."

So I hacked together some content. It was the worst class I've ever taught, primarily because having a full room learning potpourri topics doesn't work. Whatever group of 3 requested the current focus was super engaged, the rest of the room was bored. Lesson learned.

@j3 what is your stardard for 'total crap'? Were you thinking of any in particular?
