The print styles look really clean.
When printed, the code snippets come out in all black. On the plus side they're very high contrast, on the minus you miss the comprehension help of syntax highlighting.
I'm paying for color printing, so I'm thinking we should colorize the code snippets. Objections?
I looked around in the SCSS but I haven't yet figured out why, exactly, the print view doesn't use the colorization. I don't see any switching/detection...?

I just added "section" markers into the individual tutorial files and am going to try adding them to the layout/styling
