Broken UI

The UI sometimes doesn't render correctly, and there's inconsistency in the appearance of individual elements.

type missing

working but get type error :(

0.2.2 not published to npm

I was going to open an issue for missing type definitions, but I see that #4 was opened and closed.
However, latest version in npmjs.com is 0.2.1 , so I can't enjoy the fix :(

tweakpane is awesome, by the way :) , I'm in the process of replacing old dat.gui with it and I'm eager to try out all these plugins

I can't use tweakpane-plugin-camerakit.min.js because it looks like it's not being built and included in this repo.

Wrong appearance when in another tab

When I put any Input/Blade with camerakit as view in another tab not displayed at start, the grab zone is buggy until I begin to use it.
