"delete" not working due to line 77 of bashrc

Amazing set of .files ... you are the man.

Using putty, in windows

Use vi command mode

bind "set editing-mode vi"

set -o vi <- in putty / windows, this makes the delete key stop working ... I'm sure you don't care for your own purposes, but perhaps you could add something to the comments.

export TERM=xterm-color

I deleted this in my branch because it prevented my from using 256 color. usually it's better to set this in your ssh client or terminal app rather than in bashrc. i set rxvt-256color in my terminal / ssh apps.

i didn't submit a pull request because i've made other changes, and it's really a preference thing.
