I'm not a frequent mouse user, nor a Scala 3 user at all, but I'm encouraging 3.0 for libraries not exploiting 3.1. Why constrain your clients' choice without clear benefit?

Since users of the newer Scala 3 version can use mouse built with lower Scala 3 versions, I see no benefits of upgrading minor versions of Scala 3. mouse itself doesn't use any new features or is suffering from any bug in 3.0.2. So I vote to stay at 3.0.2, although I've upgraded the version recently on my own (but we haven't released it, so far so good).

Agreed, scratch the 3.1 idea. Lets stay on 3.0.2 until there's a compelling feature that motivates an upgrade.
