Do you have the typst.community domain?

I notice that the @typst-community GitHub page links to https://typst.community. When clicking it, it appears that no DNS or anything has been setup. Just confirming @huwaireb that you have the domain, right? 😉

Interested in moving typst npm package to @typst-community

Hello! 👋

I'm interested in putting the https://www.npmjs.com/package/typst under this @typst-community organization. Is this organization active? Was the name claimed just to claim it? Can I add other Typst-related projects to it? Is it open to community projects? Is it just a dumping ground for your projects? Is it supposed to exist? Is it open to more members?

Anyway with all those questions, here's more info on the https://www.npmjs.com/package/typst npm package:

1. It's source code is here: https://github.com/jcbhmr/typst.js
2. It lets you do npx typst to run the CLI distributed through npm.
3. It uses a postinstall script to download the appropriate typst binary from the official Releases page on GitHub.
4. Each version of the npm package is locked to a specific version of Typst (currently 0.10.0)
5. There's also a rudimentary JavaScript API that currently exposes only a single compile(src, dest) function.
6. It includes .d.ts TypeScript types.
7. The README.md of the project is a copy of the Typst official project's README and needs to be updated.

_{P.S. I'd also like turn over control of the https://www.npmjs.com/package/typst npm package name to @typst or @typst-community or something as well as the https://www.npmjs.com/org/typst npm organization.}

Setup @typst-community

This is a meta/tracking/overarching issue to track some tasks. Feel free to edit this issue and add your own or comment any stuff.

metadata or meta related:

• get logo
• hook up the typst.community domain to the typst-community.github.io repository
• verify the typst.community domain so that we get a "Verified" green box next to our name (since we link to a domain we own; that's what verified on github means)
• #2
• keep an index in the typst-community/.github repo or similar of all services like https://wasmer.io/ or https://www.npmjs.com/ that @typst-community has a presence on (like https://www.npmjs.com/org/typst-community)
• outline what projects want to include in @typst-community
• tag repos with a bunch of keywords
• make sure repos have good descriptions (emojis like 🚀✨⚛💥📄📑 etc go a long way)
• have "add your project" button or a guide or something?

also want to do some outreach?

• outreach to https://github.com/yusancky/setup-typst to go under @typst-community
• outreach to any other peoples interested in @typst projects
• outreach to any other projects that are very cool @typst projects?

remember to keep things basic. you can always expand (ex: later you can convert this into a full on project if needed; but for now start simple)
