Add Throughput to Reward Structure
The reward may appreciate having more information about how many cars are going through the intersection, rather than just the queue length.
Add Discrete Traffic State Encoding
How should we combine the state arrays for each lane into one array?
For a 4 lane intersection, each group of cells for a lane can ordered forward or backwards (with the smallest index in the array corresponding the car furthest or closest to the traffic light)
We should try both approaches, time permitting
Add Multi-intersection traffic network for testing Multi-agent RL systems
Let's keep the number of intersections small (at first)
