compilation via MSYS2 MINGW for windows 11

successfully compiled in msys2 mingw (windows 11) by fixing the following error

$ make
parse.c: In function 'processLine':
parse.c:62:16: warning: implicit declaration of function 'strcasestr'; did you mean 'strcasecmp'? [-Wimplicit-function-declaration]

solution: update parse.c file by adding the strcasestr( ) method prior to void parse( opts_t * )
