A simple Shin-Janryumon .rom file extractor.

因为只写来解BGM，所以其他文件不保证能好好解，也不能把文件重新打包，虽然可以参照文件格式写回去。代码也不会更新了，反正BGM解完听这东西就扔一边的。需要zlib的zlibstat.lib。
Basically it works normally in my case as extracting bgms only, so no more updates to these files. Using zlibstat.lib.

Hi!

Hope I can get your attention.
First I'd like to thank you for making this tool to extract Janryumon's BGMs from the ".rom" pack. I am sure it will be very helpful for many of us who have played Janryumon and have a place for it in our hearts.
Now, I am not an expert in coding/programming, so I am not sure what to do with these files in order to extract the ".rom". Would you be willing to explain the steps so I can extract the BGMs out of the file? I would be very grateful.
