image seems to hang

Hi,

Anyone else had the problem where the docker image starts up, and then hangs on this line.

After outputting the RMI log entry, it hangs

Support running GlassFish as a non-root user

This image currently runs GlassFish as the root user. Add support for running as a non-privileged user.

Copied from rms/glassfish#3.

Entrypoint doesn't work when using CMD in shell form

docker-entrypoint.sh tries to detect if asadmin is ran in CMD with the following test :
"$1" = 'asadmin'

According to the documentation, this doesn't work when using CMD in shell form since the resulting command will be:
exec_entry p1_entry /bin/sh -c exec_cmd p1_cmd
