Store last used sampling frequency

Hertz should remember the sampling frequency last selected by the user and use that as the default so that they don't have to specify it again every time.

Playback

Hertz should have an option to play back the audio it has just recorded.

Update the APK on the site and Google Play

I realize this is not quite a place where I should post it, but private message feature got removed :/ The latest version contains a bugfix that I need badly. Tried hard to self-sign an apk I compiled myself to no avail. So, please update the APK file available on the Google Play or the project's site.

Specify a directory to save the recordings to

It should be possible to set a setting in Hertz so that it saves all recordings into that directory by default rather than cluttering up the root of the SD card.

Hertz should have a sound level meter

Hertz should have a sound level meter so that people can see how loud the sound is that it is recording.
This might be rather a lot of work...

Android may garbage collect Hertz while recording

If Hertz is left recording in the background then android may garbage collect it while it is recording causing the recording to be aborted. We should take appropriate measures to ensure that this doesn't happen.
