Add logic to properly size People CPT images.

Describe the bug
Images are not sized properly when uploaded for the People CPT.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Upload an image for a person.
2. The image is not resized and displays with uploaded size.

Expected Behavior

The image should be resized to 300x300 when uploaded for a Person.

Possible Fix

Add logic to create the correct size and display properly.

Remove references to Slack from CONTRIBUTING.md

The project's CONTRIBUTING.md file needs to be updated to replace references and links to the ucf-wp Slack with the UCFTeam-CAMPUS-Wordpress Team.
