Dodgeball's demo.json causes problems.

Materia does not allow questions with a null text value, of which the Dodgeball demo has one.

Instead of a null just make it an empty string or something suitable.

Radical alternative: Allow null question text? Probably not.

Adjust modal dialog heading height.
