Vertical lines in matrices

Could we have vertical lines in the matrices? Thanks!

Default slide alignment

Is there a way of setting it on a slide-per-slide basis? I recall the default was changed from left to centre to accommodate better for the scala slides, but I have found it difficult to work with in the context of the markdown and html. Somehow they always look much better in the editor view, which aligns them left as far as I can tell.

Equation font size

Is there a way to control the font size used in the equations? I can't fit the definition of the matrix inner product and the equations are almost touching the line above them (slide 5 in 01_motiv). Tried adding
but it takes too much space I think.

Missing content: Connection to neural networks

Where should this go? Maybe at the end of vanilla MF?

Tables

Tried to write a table in html (in markdown I couldn't get it to render) (last slide in 02_vanilla). While it renders, I would like to get it in present mode to look like it does in editor.

Weird problem with images

In 01_motiv, on the slide with the graphs of the norms (slide 9), when moving from the first image to the second one, the position of the image changes on the slide. Would be better if it stayed put.

Norm definitions

We should add the norm definitions we need to the notation section (part of 01_motiv) and make sure we use them consistently throughout.

Way to add our names in the title slide?

As far as I can tell, I can only change the title of the document.

mathjaxx without web connection

It works in editor view, but not in present. Could help while travelling!
