How to download your datasets?

Hi, I am a student interested in FiD.
I wanted to download data using your download_data.sh because it was impossible to download data on the original FiD github due to RAM problems. However, your data cannot be downloaded because wget causes a 403: Forbidden error.
Your source code will help me study a lot. Can you give me a hand?

Compatibility/Changes compared to vanilla FiD

Is the baseline implementation of FiD at https://github.com/uclnlp/APE/blob/main/FiD/fidt5.py fully compatible/faithful to the original FiD implementation at https://github.com/facebookresearch/FiD/blob/main/src/model.py ?

To clarify, will running this script https://github.com/uclnlp/APE/blob/main/scripts/train_nq.sh and running FiD (with the same hyper-parameters as, such as n_context, and the same data) result in the same model ?
