Projenin Tanımı: 7/24 Şikâyet Bilgi Sistemi, kullanıcıların üniversitemiz/fakültemiz kapsamındaki problemleri/aksaklıkları ilgililere bildirebilecekleri bir sistemdir.

Projenin Amaçları: Projenin genel amacı ister kayıtlı kullanıcıların, isterse ziyaretçi kullanıcıların üniversitemiz/fakültemiz kapsamındaki problemleri bildirebilmesidir. Sistem dâhilindeki idari kullanıcıların kendi alanlarındaki şikâyetleri görüntülemesi ve ilgili birime aktarabilmesi, Yapılan şikâyetlerin takibinin yapılabilmesi, Yönetici ve idari kullanıcılar için genel raporlamaların çıkartılabilmesi, olarak belirlenmiştir.

Projeden Beklenenler Kullanıcı ve ziyaretçi açısından beklentiler Siteme kayıt yapılabilmeli Sisteme şikâyet; şikâyetin resmi, açıklaması ve yeri ile eklenebilmeli. Şikâyetlerini görebilmeli, son durumunu takip edebilmeli.

İdari kullanıcı açısından beklentiler Yapılan şikâyetleri ilgili personele aktarabilmeli. İstediği zaman raporlama yapabilmeli. Yapılan şikâyetlerin takibini yapabilmeli.

Yönetici açısından beklentiler Sisteme gerekli personel tiplerini, idari personeli, fakülteleri, bölümleri, mekânları ekleme, güncelleme ve silme işlemlerini yapabilmeli. İstediği zaman raporlama yapabilmeli. Gereksiz yere şikâyet yapan kullanıcıları engelleyebilmeli.
