I may have found it... If I set Backbone.emulateHTTP = true, things work.

Huh. Interesting. I checked the server and it does seem to support
X-HTTP-Method-Override.

I think a little less of the Android stuff for not supporting PUT and
DELETE. Google is usually frontline when it comes to specs.

So giving back to the project, how about sharing where you adding this
configuration line?

Do you just put it at the top?

+1 for backbone.js btw.

I’ve been looking over the other frameworks: Angular.js, knockout.js,
ember.js, canJS, spine.js… there’s some really great stuff out there.
Can’t wait to create implementations using those frameworks too.

I'm loving backbone. This is actually my first project using it.

I ended up throwing that line in master.js, right at the top of the models and collections section.
