Integrate backend CVE DB

Currently we have scripts to run a mongo db alongside the rails app which will contain the CVEs, we need to integrate code in the rails controllers to interface with this db and run queries etc

Implement frontend UI

Work has started on implementing the frontend UI but it needs to be finished. The user should be able to input an IP address and choose from a dropdown of a list of scan types to run. This should post to the scan action which in turn will interface with the db

Integrate nmap scanning scripts

We currently have scanning functionality in the repo, we just to refactor it into rails controllers
