I was facing the same issue. Using Python Version 3.9.10 helped. Also, the mingw(3.9.7) installation was conflicting with the windows store version.

Simple Solution is to use pip install ecapture==0.0.7

Hi, @Sabyasachi-Seal Please help here, if you also came across this issue?
On RCA, found out that it's a "pyttsx3" dependency issue. "pyttsx3" engine initialization is raising this issue.

@solletravinder Im sorry but I havent come across this issue yet. Colud you try with the windowssore version of Python 3.9 and confirm if the issue exists? Seems like a version issue.
