Support mobile Internet Explorer

Mobile Internet Explorer uses pointer events instead of touch events. Therefore clicking does not currently work.

This issue should be fixed by someone with a Windows Phone device (there seems to be no free emulation software which covers pointer events?).

In init.js there is some code commented out on this issue which didn't work.

Dynamic slotCost

The rule "entity X does cost no slot if entity Y is also selected" should be possible. Currently the slotCost can only handle fixed numeric values.

List of armies is not re-sorted after language change

When the user changes the language, the sort order of the armies in the various select boxes is not being changed.

Army-specific detachment types

Currently there detachment types can only be defined in the System. This should be extended so that an army can also specify custom detachment types.

More robust army restore

If the user opens an invalid army list, the Persistence object breaks execution with cryptic error messages. The system should filter out the invalid entries and proceed (and better print a notice so that the user knows there is an issue).

Be more verbose

Currently the system communicates with the user in a very limited way. While this is not per se bad, a messaging feature should exist with which the user can be notified.

Examples:

• there is a requirement of 1+ for an entity and none has been selected yet
• there were invalid values on army restore
• release notes for myArmy or data files
