Ignored option does not work properly

I'm working on cakephp 3.5.5. When I'm setting ignored fields then script merge my field list with default list so i can't get "dn" field for user.

Warning when user has no groups

It gives a warning in the logs when a user authenticates but isn't in any groups besides "Domain Users"

It may not be giving 'memberof' if there are no groups?

Select option does not work properly

I'm working on cakephp 3.5.5. It doesn't matter what I write inside "select". This settings are always ignored and are not forwarded do parent class properly. The adldap2 select is always empty, and downloading all user fields from AD.
