Bulk import

The code checks whether a person is already present in the DB for each line of a CSV file leading to inefficiencies when the CSV is exceptionally large (i.e. 50k lines)

Personal data handling and SPID authentication

The system asks for too many personal data when logging in through SPID: https://pages.di.unipi.it/fpoloni/tmp/eligere.png

The requested data include private e-mail addresses, for instance. I cannot imagine that anything more than the Codice Fiscale is needed for this purpose.

Also, the privacy policy on https://eligere.unipi.it/Home/Privacy is an empty placeholder page; since the system is in production it should include some GDPR boilerplate to comply with the Italian law.
