The analysis of the MU ISR data is contained within the folder 'ISR data analysis'.\par
It processes files of returned power (*_pwr.nc) obtained from {{\field{\*\fldinst{HYPERLINK https://www.rish.kyoto-u.ac.jp/mu/isdata/ }}{\fldrslt{https://www.rish.kyoto-u.ac.jp/mu/isdata/\ul0\cf0}}}}\f0\fs22 . To run, put data into the same directory as the code (or provide a path) and then run ISR_F2_loop_monthly_hourly.m which in turn calls find_ISR_F2_peak.m\par
The output is arrays containing monthly median and mean values of the height of the F2 layer peak for each hour\par
