Official repository?

Hi!

This looks like a really interesting project. Is there an official gradle repository to link against? kotlin-components-starter uses git subprojects, which works but has a lot of disadvantages. To name a few: it is inconvenient to set up, hard to manage and rebuilding the code that uses this library causes rebuilding of the library.

I found that the library has a repository hosted on jitpack.io. However, most artifacts tagged with version 0.3 are not available due to building issues (only kotlin-core is available). I also tried linking against specific git tags, which also failed for some reason.
