Improve site alerts

Add more dcf-notice messages to the site to make it more expressive.

Do not allow slashes in lockups

Having a slash in the name of the lockup or the institution will cause the lockup generation process to fail.

Improve server side and client side validation.

The current server-side validation depends on the client's javascript to inform the server what fields need to be entered.. Make it independent of client POST data so it is more secure.

Add csrf protection

Add mailing templates.

Add script for processing lockup generating

Lockup generation will lockup the whole site. We should have a script that runs in the background on a different process that handles the lockup generation

Redo the adobe illustrator jsx script

Basically, combine both the files into one and add error handling as well.

Add caching layer

Add caching to the application especially in manage lockups and lockups library page.

Split the controllers by their actions

Instead of just two controllers (currently), split them into small categories and offload heavy processing into other middleware (called Services in Symfony).
