Hot server reload doesn't work for auto-watch

Excluding the user namespace from refresh dirs makes dirwatch work right, but make-system then never changes and hot reload is nearly useless...it reloads code, but the old version is still linked. Adding user to the refresh dir causes reset to break. The code is in todomvc, but we should standardize this user helper somewhere so that most dev projets

This may affect todomvc as well

Cursive IDE Generating Stubs Fails

The figwheel code in user.clj in some examples is outdated and crashes stub generation in Cursive.

The fix is generally to upgrade figwheel sidecar to 0.5.9 and change the user.clj start-figwheel code to:

paginate-large-lists heading does not match number rows shown

When heading is "0+" rows 0 -> 9 incl are shown. This is fine
When heading is "10+" rows 11 -> 19 incl are shown. This is not fine - instead rows 10 -> 19 incl should be shown. Fix is to remove an inc. See PR #14

load-samples recipe does not display any people at all: friends nor enemies

If you look at om/props being passed into Root:
