Complete Redesign

I want this thing to be as visually easy-to-use as possible, meaning the project:

1. Will be rewritten in C++ to utilize Dear ImGui as-is without any bindings
2. Will use some parts of ImGuizmo such as sequencer and possibly a node editor to edit effects and change their properties during playback
3. Possibly have a built-in code editor for effects instead of a node-based one
4. Use ffmpeg or an another library to both import and export frames

NOTE: I will keep using OpenGL 4.5 for this because true modern OpenGL introduces some performant features (that aren't currently used in RITEG) such as pixel streaming.
