Convert program so it uses the official Aquarius .Net SDK

Official .Net SDK on Aquarius' GitHub site would be a better way of working with the Aquarius system rather than formulating custom data models and methods that use the public APIs.

Integrate this project into the HdbPOET codebase

Lots of the HDB-interaction code that this project needs for further development already exists in the HdbPOET codebase. Should be able to have this program bring in that project for code re-use. That or do what Pisces does -- have this project be an application within the POET codebase.
