Improve docs for running curl examples

On the README.md page, under the section Using the REST API, you should note that you have to be in the directory where you cloned the project for the curl examples to work.

Thanks,
Jared

Tests failing on windows

To get the tests passing on windows, I had to add a backslash to the file:// protocol in chambua-servlet.xml.

<bean class="org.springframework.beans.factory.config.PropertyPlaceholderConfigurer">
        <property name="locations" value="file:///#{ systemEnvironment['CHAMBUA_HOME'] }/chambua.properties"/>
</bean>

If this will work on Linux/Mac I could send a pull request.

Thanks,
Jared

Topic Modeling

The general idea behind topic modeling is to generate possible subject areas for a given piece of content. There's a good amount of literature on this area of NLP.

From, the research I've done so far, the Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) technique appears to be quite popular and there's a few implementations (mostly in C/C++ and Python) out there.

One of the tools that has implemented this is MALLET
