User page template html & css

Date fields in service adding page

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add service

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Service is not added due to a little format issue with JqueryUI. Date should be 
formatted with dots (dd.mm.yyyy) instead of slashes (dd/mm/yyyy).

Tags table relations and nullable objects

I have added the table with name 'tags' for the tags class in model, but didn't 
set foreign keys for 

user_id from table and field user->id and 
service_id from table and field service->id 

and also made them and 'current' field nullable. I couldn't alter the table 
after, because it looks like my user in the Amazon cloud doesn't have the alter 
permission. So I need someone to do the related changes please.

With the current scheme, it works in my local though.
