Fix Spacing or reduce content of mobile header

On some smaller devices, the mobile header isn't big enough to fit all the links. Either remove a couple unimportant links to make Forms appear, or reduce spacing in between

Forms's dropdown menu's HR complaint's url is wrong.

Should be "Complaints" not "Complaint"

Go-to links are not jumping to the correct location (visually) because the navbar has a higher z-index.

When user clicks on one of the go-to links, the header of the section is typically covered by the navbar.

Desktop navbar is missing dropdown menus

Rename Events page to Calendar page

Add Leadership Opportunities section to about.html

Leadership Opportunities

Boost your resume by being a leader in the largest CS org on campus. Apply to be an Operational Officer (OO for short) in the Fall and work directly with a Senior Officer on important tasks to keep the org running smoothly. Keep an eye out for applications soon!
If you want to be a Senior Officer, our elections are held at the end of every Spring. More information will become available as the school year draws to a close.

Henlo pls add this fresh new content to the about page, either directly above or below the officers.

Remove projects page

Update Mobile Nav to be the same as desktop dropdowns

Home page's "Current Events" and "Upcoming Events" layout for mobile is bad.

On the mobile home page, the Current Events and Upcoming Events arent small enough to fit side by side, yet they are side by side, forcing one off the edge of screens.

Make team-card's images into its own class to remove inline style

Make a class of officer images and get rid of inline style

Mobile Home Page's navbar is different than all others. Width > device screen width

The mobile nav hamburger icon is way off the edge of the screen to the right (Header bar is more like 200%). Across several devices of various resolutions

Switch individual color definitions in css to same class instead.

In the css, there are a lot of
style="color:#c15b05;" instances scattered throughout the css files.
C15B05 seems to be our primary color, so we should do this instead:

.primaryColor {color:#c15b05} primaryBackgroundColor {background-color:#c15b05}
and then use that class whenever a html element needs that style.

On iPhone SE, home page, content width is less than 100% screen width.

On the Home page with iPhone SE, the footer, slideshow, etc's width doesn't fill the entire screen width.

Add section about programming competitions to about.html

Work with Aafia on this one to see what she'd like to have advertised. I would like to see a section describing prog comp on the about page.

Update About page's Officer section to include OO names

Consolidate main.css and main-mod.css

Why do we have 2 different main csses? Most of it is similar. Squish them. Some pages only have main, and some others only have main-mod. This can lead to confusion and inconsistent style.
