Slideshows vs Web pages

Running this workshop I spotted that the slideshow may not be the best delivery method for the students maybe a straight web page or maybe a pdf on kindle or printout as last result. We'd need a build step for the pdf.

Also the slideshow is a bit dull so maybe use Impress js https://henrikingo.github.io/impress.js/examples/markdown/#/step-2

Improve READMe

May be putting the bitmap grid into the pdf?

and using additional paper only in workshopping circumstances.

We get the to delete instead of adapt. it is a little easier but they end up typeing a lot of it twice
