Stop Spacings Heatmaps

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It is helpful to visualize stop spacings that are narrower or wider than the average stop spacings of about 350-400m.

Add a plotting function to create a heatmap with bins

Additional context
Can make it interactive with Folium. Diverging colormap schemes are helpful to highlight both extremes of spacings

GTFS Segments currently uses GeoPandas .plot method with contextily basemaps. However, the map is not interactive and cannot be panned or zoomed.

Geopandas supports Folium maps ( description here ) that let's users interact with the map alongside viewing the basemap.

Additional context
Folium also allows for colors/heatmap. Segments can be colored by the traversals
