hack 5 and hack 6 do not trigger

they are both gjiving tooltips to use mini c4 and they will take the mini c4, but it does not actually trigger the planting of the c4. pops up this error. currently in the code its removing mini_c4 but trying to execute a hack. i tried changing it out from self:hack() to self:plantbomb() and that did stop the error but still did not trigger the planting of the bomb

Blackout not working

somehow there is no blackout in the city. is there a way to implement vsync (weather system) blackout?
