Improve definition of var_names for retrieving data from StoreGate

Improve the definition of var_names argument of get_data() method as follows:

var_names                     returned data type and shape
('var0', 'var')            -> ndarray (2, k)
['var0', 'var']            -> [ndarray (k), ndarray (k)]
[('var0', 'var1'), 'var2'] -> [ndarray (2, k) ndarray (k)]

k = arbitrary data shape

Add SequentialAgent for processing simple sequential tasks
