'auchann' command not working in the command line

When I try it, simply typing 'auchann' into the command line does not do anything, it just says:
bash: auchann: command not found

It does work when I type: 'python auchann'

Filler not recognized

In the following example:
Transcript: hij loop eh de deur
Correction: hij loopt naar de deur

We get this output:
hij loop(t) eh [: naar] de deur

Incorrectly attributing 'naar' as a replacement of 'eh', instead of recognizing 'eh' as a filler.

Unittest fails on feature/fragments

When running the unittests, they are unable to find the csv file with the fragments, even though it is in the same directory as correct_parenthesize.py... When running the program locally this is not an issue.

Word replacement bug

From Jan:

"Voor de combinatie van ‘dit is huis’ en ‘dit is het huis’ levert auchann op: ‘dit is h(et) (h)uis’, maar als je dan de CHAT annotaties ontdoet krijg je: ‘dit is h uis’ in plaats van ‘dit is huis’

Dat lijkt me een bug.

Het zou moeten zijn: dit is 0het huis
