order of presentation in tabs of popup details modal

Client proposed other order of data presentation in tabs. Problem is that the order is dictated also by available space. Some columns are hardly filled, other have a lot of text. This need to be discussed.

Geocode current location in database

After import of Excel file, geocode current location addresses immediately and put place id in database column.

Fix the deployment module

Currently, all actions in the virtualenv are commented out. This means that the deployment module can never install a working application, because manual actions are required. Fix this.

@robertloeberdevelopment : are there other things that should be in the init.pp script that aren't, i.e. that you did manually without formalizing them? Please add those too.

BTW, if you want to ensure that pip is updated to a version below 19, something based on this pip install 'stevedore>=1.3.0,<1.4.0' --force-reinstall will ensure that you have the latest version of pip 18 (as opposed to specific lower version).

As it appears, in some records the historical locations columns have more then one entry, separated by ;. This results in faulty markers. Try split at the ; in the historical locations function
