Support chromium

The binary 'chromium' should behave identically to google-chrome and should also satisfy the dependency. It is included on some docker images.

Support linux chrome not in /usr/bin

I have chrome in my path, but installed in /opt, which is a common place for non-open-source binaries.

I've also had it in /usr/local/bin.

currently, the runner tells me it can't find it.
In linux you should try calling a non-path-specified 'google-chrome' to search the path.

Can't require('node-chrome-runner')

the current package throws an error when required, since the main script is not properly indexed.

This appears to be because the .gitignore lists the build directory, and no .npmignore exists to override that, so the npm package doesn't include the compiled script either.

Support CI with travis

Chrome can be installed in travis using these commands in the before_install section:

sudo sh -c 'echo "deb http://dl.google.com/linux/chrome/deb/ stable main" >> /etc/apt/sources.list.d/google.list'
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install google-chrome-stable

This would then allow some simple tests like the ones presented in the README to be run in the CI mode.

Use system PATH env variable for finding chrome, chromium, etc
