Update esc helper to use Escape key

Looks like the native event.key is Escape and not Esc.
https://w3c.github.io/uievents-key/#key-Escape

We should also check if there are components relying on Esc in the tests and update those.

Add a nextIntersection helper to utils

There is a demand for a helper that would wait for the next IntersectionObserver tick, similar to #5.

A possible API:

Expose sinon-chai as ES module

We need to copy these parts from @open-wc/testing:

1. rollup.config.js to convert sinon-chai to ES module
2. register-chai-plugins.js to expose this plugin

Add wheel helper to events

This was added as part of vaadin/web-components#321
